Cannot uninstall because of dependencies

Problem:

When I try to uninstall Duplicate Check from the Solutions overview, I get an error message that states that the app cannot be removed due to dependencies from other components or objects.

Answer:

Before you can delete the Duplicate Check solution, you first need to undo the setup for all Entities in Duplicate Check. Initiate the teardown process for each Entity in Duplicate Check > Manage Entities, on the Entity Settings tab of each Entity.
