Logging in

If you've used Plauti Cloud before, you can log in again as follows:

1. Go to https://cloud.plauti.com.

2. Click Email Sign-in or Microsoft Sign-in.

3. In the pop-up, sign in using your business email (if related to Salesforce: the Production user email) or Dynamics 365 account. Use the same email or account as previously.

   Do not use a Salesforce Sandbox user account email here. Once logged in, you can connect with both Salesforce production and sandbox orgs, and Dynamics 365 environments, regardless of the account type you logged in with.

4. If you used Email Sign-in, you will receive a verification code in your inbox. Enter the code in the One-time code field.
   With Microsoft Sign-in you are logged in right away.

You are logged in again.

Logging out

To log out of Plauti Cloud:

1. Click on your username in the top right hand corner.
2. Click Sign out.

You are now signed out of Plauti Cloud.
